1. No Data Collection

PicShift does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or images. All image processing happens entirely within your browser using JavaScript and HTML5 Canvas. We have no servers that receive your files, and we do not use any analytics, tracking cookies, or third-party scripts that could identify you.

2. How Your Images Are Handled

When you upload an image to any PicShift tool:

• The image is read into your browser's memory using the File API.
• All editing (compression, resizing, cropping, watermarking, format conversion, etc.) is performed locally by JavaScript.
• No image data is ever sent to a server. You can disconnect from the internet after loading the page; all tools will still work.
• Once you close the browser tab, all image data is permanently erased from memory.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

PicShift does not use cookies. We do not store any preferences or user data in localStorage or sessionStorage. The only exception is that your browser may cache the page resources (HTML, CSS, JS) for performance – this is standard and does not contain any personal information.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Google Fonts and Font Awesome for icons and typography. These services may collect anonymized usage data according to their own privacy policies. No personal information is shared. All PDF processing uses pdf.js (Mozilla) and jsPDF, both of which run entirely client‑side.

We do not integrate any advertising networks or analytics tools (including Google Analytics).

5. External Links

Our pages may contain links to other websites (e.g., our contact page). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

6. Children’s Privacy

PicShift does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. All tools are general‑purpose image editors and do not require any user accounts or personal data.

7. Changes to This Policy

Any updates to this privacy policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
